This presentation is about troubleshooting poor performance in Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me) and will cover steps to help you identify and correct poor performance issues.
This is a Level 100 session that was recorded January 4, 2001 and presented by Vickie Gallion. Vickie Gallion joined Microsoft in 1994. She worked in Product Support Services in the Microsoft Product Support Desktop group for four years as a Support Professional. Vickie currently works for Product Support Services in the Global Support Automation group as a Content Developer.
