Summary:
Multiplan versions 4.00, 4.01, and 4.20 pad the ends of running-head lines (header or footer) with blank spaces. If a running head (header or footer) is being printed on an 80-column printer and the page width is set to 8.5, an extra blank line will be printed after each line of the running head.
To resolve the problem, set the Print Margins “width” field to 8.0 inches instead of 8.5 inches.
