Windows Vista build 5491 is a pre-Release Candidate 1 build of Windows Vista.It includes a new bootscreen that like the one in the RTM, but the text on the bootscreen is "© 2006 Microsoft Corporation.All rights reserved." instead of "© Microsoft Corporation".
