This build of Windows "Vista" was the first build to Vista to be compiled, which was compiled right after the Longhorn development reset. A very select few have seen this build outside Microsoft, and a smaller select few have this build, outside of Microsoft.

Windows "Longhorn" build 3790, with a build tag of 3790.1232.winmain.040819-1629, was the first "Longhorn" build compiled after the development reset. Basically, it is Windows Server 2003 SP1 rebranded. There is no evidence that this is a "Longhorn" build except for references in the End-User License Agreement.
