Build 2348 is Developer release 2 build of Windows Millennium Edition. Unlike other Millennium builds, it doesn't seem to contain any files that could come from Microsoft Codename Neptune. This build contains the Windows Update Auto-Update client (unlike 2332.2 or 2380.2), which came from a Neptune build.
