While this build has technically been released on BetaArchive, the copy available is not that of the full release, but rather that of the WinPE (Windows Preinstallation Environment) release, meaning that the copy that is widely available is, at the moment, highly incomplete, until someone can convert it back into a full build by copying the remaining updated files over the files stored within an earlier build's INSTALL.WIM image, and then repacking it.

Nonetheless, the screenshot shown below is that of the full copy of this build, showing that it is not much different from the earlier 407x or 408x builds.
