While this build has technically been released on BetaArchive, the copy available is not that of the full release, but rather that of the WinPE (Windows Preinstallation Environment) release, meaning that the copy that is widely available is, at the moment, highly incomplete, until someone can convert it back into a full build by copying the remaining updated files over the files within an earlier build's INSTALL.WIM image.

On October 31, 2014 a BetaArchive member had requested a leakage of this build from the creator of the February 19, 2014 video. The video's creator had considered releasing the build to BetaArchive, but after catching sight of some derogatory posts* about them (and possibly others) the person had declared that they will not leak the build to BetaArchive. Leak

On January 13, 2015, Daniel uploaded the full version of this build to BA's FTP.

Previous attempt

A video of the full installation of this surfaced on February 19, 2014, almost a year before it leaked. It is unknown if the person will reconsider their verdict.
