Windows "Longhorn" build 4083 (with a build tag of 4083.main.040516-1537) is a Milestone 7 build of the Microsoft Windows "Longhorn" operating system.
In his Road to Gold series on Windows Vista, Paul Thurrott claimed, "I did later get a copy of 4083, but it was virtually identical to 4074."[1]
