Windows "Longhorn" build 3706 (with a build tag of 3706.Lab06 N.021029-1731) is a Milestone 3 build of the Microsoft Windows "Longhorn" operating system. It is the first build to include the Desktop Composition Engine,which provides window transparency and visual effects.
