This build is one of the last Beta 2 builds of Windows 98 (even though it has the newer Beta 3 bootscreen later seen in 1593) and has only been confirmed to exist in Chinese. There are a couple of screenshots of this build at the following link. [1]
This build is referenced in the Power Volume 20 and Fate 387 warez CD lists but hasn't been found yet.
