Windows 98 build 1588 is one of the last Beta 2 builds of Windows 98. It has only been confirmed to exist in Chinese. There are a couple of screenshots of this build available here.
This build is also referenced in the Power Volume 20 and Fate 387 warez CD lists but hasn't been found yet.
