Chicago build 81 is the earliest leaked build to use the single Start button by default (but not the earliest leaked build to have it). It's the last leaked build before Beta 1, and thus a bit different from later builds.
CAB32.exe error
Just like build 73g, this build is also sometimes affected by the "CAB32.exe error". Upon start-up, an error message is displayed, saying the system was unable to load CAB32.exe (the early Explorer shell). This can be fixed by opening CONFIG.SYS and changing BUFFERS=30; Files=30 to BUFFERS=90; Files=90.
