Chicago build 73f was leaked on BA by member sunnyblueman, along with 99 and 116. It's very similar to the already leaked 73g, and can be used in Microsoft Virtual PC, if you install it according to TCB instructions for build 73g.
This build is also affected by the CAB32.EXE error, which can be fixed just like in other builds.
This build also is the earliest build to contain the Start button, as resources of it are in this build's cab32.exe, but are not used, even though this is an internal Microsoft build. BetaArchive member Hounsell successfully enabled the hidden Start menu and button in the very similar build 73g, and the procedure should be the same with 73f.
