Windows 8 Build 8102 will be released to the public on September 13 in the USA, it contains the new Start button, IE10 Development Preview, Aero Stretch, Aero Lite, Aero Lite Glass, Start Screen(?), User Tile(?), Ribbon (Complete?), and Windows Assessment Console. This ought to be a BIG release for Windows 8 Beta testers. This is going from 7989 to 8102, which is a BIG jump.
