Windows 1.03 is the third release of Windows 1.0, released both in US and Europe. Major changes include support for new devices, improved drivers and support for MS-DOS 3.2.

German and French versions as well as the debug symbols are available. Several OEM versions were released as well, including the Tulip, PC-98 (in Japanese) and DEC Rainbow variants.
