Microsoft has released a service pack for Microsoft Office Outlook Live 2003. INTRODUCTION
Microsoft Office Outlook Live 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) contains significant security enhancements, stability improvements, and performance improvements. Some of the fixes that are included with Office Live 2003 SP2 were previously released in separate updates. Office Live 2003 SP2 combines the previously released fixes into one update.

Removal information
There is no option to remove this download using the Add or Remove Programs tool in Control Panel. To remove Outlook Live 2003 SP2 from your computer, you must remove Outlook 2003 and then reinstall Outlook 2003 from your original Outlook 2003 CD-ROM.
