SYMPTOMS

Store.exe uses a higher percentage of your CPU resources than you expect.

CAUSE

This problem may occur when the following conditions are all true:

  • Your server is configured as a journaling server.
  • The categorizer on the server incorrectly sets the property for the Bcc Journaling feature and enables the JournalBCC registry key.


RESOLUTION
