SYMPTOMS

When you try to save your Visio drawing to an offline folder, you may receive the following error message after you click Save in the Save As dialog box:

DOS No more files

Therefore, you cannot make your drawing available offline.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you are using Visio 2002 Service Release 1 (SR-1) on a Windows 2000-based computer, and you create and save a new drawing to an offline folder when your computer is not connected to the network. In this scenario, the drawing is not saved correctly to the offline folder.

RESOLUTION

This problem is corrected in Microsfot Visio 2002 Service Pack 2.

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
This problem was first corrected in Visio 2002 Service Pack 2.
