Plain Text / JIS Message Is Encoded as Quoted Printable
When you send a "Plain Text" message by using the Double-Byte Character set for Japanese, and the message body is only one paragraph in length, the message is encoded as "Quoted Printable". It should be encoded as JIS (7bit).
