SYMPTOMS
When you install Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4, the Msdis110.dll file is not updated.
CAUSE
The reason for this problem is that a recent file version is already installed on the operating system.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the latest service pack for Visual Studio 6.0.
STATUS

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior
- Install Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Edition on a system with Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3.
- Search for the version number of the Msdis110.dll file.
- Install the Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.
- Search for and view the properties of the Msdis110.dll file, and note the version. The Msdis110.dll file is not upgraded during the Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 installation.
