SUMMARY
When you enable multiple users for Instant Messaging, you may receive the following dialog box prompting you for a decision:
Do you want to use the same Instant Messaging server for all selected users?
This dialog box is displayed if the users selected have different SMTP addresses. Each user's SMTP address is used to determine their Instant Messaging URL address.
