237944 USB Audio Problems with Openhci.sys
SYMPTOMS
When a Universal Serial Bus (USB) printer and a USB mouse are connected to a computer without a hub, print jobs in progress may terminate prematurely if the mouse is moved. The printer may stop printing in the middle of the job, and advance the page.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition.

Any Combination of low-speed and high-speed USB devices may cause this same behavior. This fix applies only to computers using the OHCI controller.
