SYMPTOMS
When you choose to save a presenation in HTML format, any notes text that is longer than 255 character will be truncated to 255 characters in the HTML version of the Notes page.
CAUSE
PowerPoint can only read the first 255 characters in the Notes field when you save a file in HTML format.
RESOLUTION
