FIX: Visual J++ Crashes When Adding All ActiveX Controls to Toolbox

SYMPTOMS

Visual J++ 6.0 crashes when you add every available ActiveX control using the ActiveX Controls tab in Customize Toolbox under the Tools menu.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

Start Visual J++ 6.0.
Under the Tools menu, point to Customize Toolbox.
Click the ActiveX Controls tab.
Select every ActiveX control and click OK.
