Your data file is directly associated to the Microsoft Passport Network that you use to access that data file. To access the same data file on another computer, sign in to MSN Money by using the same Passport Network account.

In the Deluxe version of the Portfolio, you also have a local copy of your portfolio data. If you want to use this data under a different Passport Network account on the same computer or on a different computer, you can use Microsoft Money 2006 to open the file. To do this, use the original Passport Network account, and then click Password Manager on the File menu to change the Passport Network account on this file. After the Passport Network account has been changed, visit MSN Money, and then sign in by using the new Passport Network account. To associate this new file with the new Passport Network account, click Portfolio, click More, click File Options, and then click Restore Backup.
