Build 2428 is the first leaked build to have the Luna theme. The boot and the logon screen are updated. This build doesn't include Homestead or Metallic themes with Luna.

Removed features
The following features are present in build 2428 that aren't in the XP RTM.
- Start menu open animation
- Taskbar animation
- Personal folder hiding: When a user is not an admin, the other users' Documents folders appear grayed out with a dot and cannot be opened. In XP, they simply do not appear.
- The shine on the Start button was included in builds up to 2465.
