This build leaked in Workstation edition only. Server edition is mentioned in Fate 51 warez CD, but hasn't been found yet and thus can't be confirmed to exist.

This build features some new components to Windows such as Wordpad or Imaging for Windows. By default the command prompt now has extended features enabled. Also included is the new Start menu banner which are now blue instead of grey.
