Windows "Longhorn" build 4039 (with a build tag of 4039.Lab06 n.030827-1717) is a build of the Microsoft Windows "Longhorn" operating system, and among the first to include a working version of the Windows Aero visual style. Other features in this build include an updated Plex theme, a prototype of the Phodeo feature, and a new Communication History shell folder.

DWM can be activated with sbctl start command. Note that for VMware you need the 6.5.2 SVGA driver for DWM to work.
Outlook Express 7 can be run normally, but it depends on WinFS, if WinFS is off, it gives an error.
WinFS is composed of some services, can be turned off via services.msc. It causes a memory leak.
