Out of all of the 3xxx builds, Windows Longhorn 3718, the most stable, is one of the first builds to contain full DCE. The windows do not contain glass effects at all until later milestones, but there are minimize and mazimize effects. It can be enabled in the Display Properties. This particular build is only one out of 3 in Milestone 3.
