Windows Longhorn build 3718 is a build of Windows Longhorn. The windows do not contain glass effects at all until later milestones, but there are minimize and mazimize effects. It can be enabled in the Display Properties. This particular build is only one out of 3 in Milestone 3.
Not surprisingly, this build is almost completely the same as that of Build 3706 and Build 3713, and as such, is also not much different from Windows NT 5 (Windows 2000/XP/.NET Server 2003) at this point.
Unlike later builds, this build is very stabke and rearely crashes.
