Windows Cairo build 297.1 is a Milestone 4[1] build of Windows Cairo. Screenshots of the build appear in a patent published in 1995 on a system for case-based organizing and querying of a database, which may be accessed in conjunction with the object file system of that build.[2]

On 16 August 2018, BetaArchive member ReflectiaX shared a supposed burnlab disc scan of the build. According to the picture, the build was compiled on 26 February 1993.[3]
