Windows 95 build 951 is a build of Windows 95 OEM Service Release 1 (OSR1).

Installation

Installing from Windows 95 boot floppy:

  1. Prepare the hard disk with fdisk.exe, reboot, then format (format.com C:).
  2. Launch setup.exe from the CD-ROM.
  3. Fill in required information and then continue to the file copying process.
  4. Remove the floppy and reboot.
