Windows 95 build 89e is a part of the Milestone 6 stage. It was leaked on 6th March 2020 by Overdoze. It is the earliest leaked build that has the taskbar at the top by default. This build also has the new version of Microsoft Paint instead of the old Paintbrush.

Features

Taskbar is now at the top by default.
There is only one icon on the desktop, namely My Computer.
The My Computer icon has been changed.
The old Paintbrush was replaced by the new version of Microsoft Paint.
"Click here to begin" tip on the Start button could be changed into joke tips.^[1]
