Build 73f was an internal Microsoft build and thus included an internal-only version of WINBUG.EXE. Build 73g was apparently a more widely distributed build and includes a completely different WINBUG, intended for non-Microsoft testers. This seems to be the only major change between the two builds.

Build 73g is Chicago Preliminary Development Kit 2 release and the culmination of Milestone 5. It has several improvements from the first PDK/M4 (build 58s).
