Chicago build 73f was leaked on BA by member sunnyblueman, along with 99 and 116. It's identical to the already leaked 73g, except that it's an internal Microsoft build and thus contains the internal version of the WinBug program (while 73g was given to testers). It can be installed in Microsoft Virtual PC just like 73g.
This build is also affected by the CAB32.EXE error, which can be fixed just like in other builds.
This is also the earliest build to contain the new Start button (first enabled by default on build 81), as resources of it are in this build's cab32.exe. They are not used, even though this is an internal build. BetaArchive member Hounsell successfully enabled the hidden Start menu and button in the very similar build 73g, and the procedure is the same with 73f. <gallery> 73fstartbutton.png|Build 73f with the new Start button enabled <gallery>
