Build 347 is the Final Beta Release and a Milestone 8 build, also knows as "March Beta". It was compiled on 17th March 1995 and sent to approximately 50,000 beta testers. More information about this can be found in text file on Microsoft's FTP server.
It's available on the FTP in many versions, including checked/debug as well as non-English releases. The accompanying SDK is also available.
