Windows 8.1 build 9369 (with a build tag of 9369.fbl_partner_out14.130324-1300) is a pre-release build of the Microsoft Windows 8.1 operating system. This build leaked on April 16, 2013.[1][2]
Build 9369 included a new All Apps button on the Start screen, improvements to Microsoft's SkyDrive (later renamed as "OneDrive") service, improved synchronization support, and new options in PC Settings.[3][4]
Bugs
BetaArchive FTP copy of this build has a broken theme. Taskbar calendar flyout has no outlines and window caption buttons is messed up.
