This build is listed in a French Microsoft KB (Knowledge base) article number 459866 along with builds 68 and 70. The article discusses OLE issues when using Word for Windows 6.0 on these builds.

It is also mentioned in Microsoft antitrust document PX01251 from February 1992. The document states there are bugs with TurboPascal for Windows when running on this build.
