This build is referenced in a Microsoft Confidential document from January 1992, alongside build 61d.
 
The document says this build fixes a bug with fonts of Visual Basic controls. Originally, when the Lucida fonts are installed, setting the Font to certain non-TrueType fonts (such as Courier and System) will instead result in the font being instead set to Lucida (Bold and Italic). According to the same document, the problem was fixed by "davidw" (David Weise).

This build is referenced in a Microsoft Confidential document from January 1992, alongside build 61d.
