This build is mentioned in [http://antitrust.slated.org/www.iowaconsumercase.org/011607/5000/PX05353.pdf PX05353]. Apparently, there was also a checked-debug compile of this build. The document also suggests that this is Beta 2 candidate (build 43e is the official Beta 2). It was compiled around 26th August 1991. This build also introduces the Windows logo.
