This build is mentioned in Microsoft antitrust document PX05353 from August 1991.

Aside from other things like possible MS-DOS upgrade options, the document discusses a general protection fault under a debug compile of this build when disconnecting DDEML. Later on, it is revealed that this build is Beta 2 candidate.
