This build is reviewed in a Serbian computer magazine called "Računari" (meaning computers) in it's December 1991 edition, even though the build itself was probably compiled in June 1991.

According to the article, the build is officially labelled as "Beta Release 1" (which confirms the assumption that build 34e is also Beta 1) and comes on 5 3.5" 1.44MB floppy disks. The rest of the article compares it to Windows 3.0 RTM, naming all the improvements over it (which were later included in the RTM).

In another article from that issue, the build is described as having no real mode, which justified the lack of the sixth disk, which build 34e has because it still includes real mode support.
