This build is reviewed in a Serbian computer magazine called "Računari" (meaning computers) in it's December 1991 edition, even though the build itself was probably compiled in June 1991.
According to the article, the build is officially labelled as "Beta Release 1" (which confirms the assumption that build 34e is also Beta 1) and comes on 5 3.5" 1.44MB floppy disks. The rest of the article compares it to Windows 3.0 RTM, naming all the improvements over it (which were later included in the RTM).
