Template:Infobox WindowsBuild Windows 3.0 build 14 is an early leaked pre-release version of Windows 3.0. On January 12th 2015 BetaArchive member RubyTuesday posted a topic about a possible Windows 3.0 beta. After the images he provided were inspected, it was identified as Debug Release 1.14 and is now on the FTP.

This build still uses Windows 2.1 shell (MS-DOS Executive) and has no apps which were later released with the RTM. It was sent to independent software vendors, most likely for testing Protected mode performance.

Only debug release of this build is leaked, though it is also possible early builds were debug only.
