Adding info about how to enable Aero
Not sure if should it be added here or in Windows/Visual Styles/Aero, but I think this is something that could be really useful for some users searching how to enable Aero.
I want to remark the fact that BetaWiki already has something like this, and I'd like to avoid any similarities between this suggested addition and the BetaWiki's article about it.
Right now I'm trying to figure out the basic steps to enable Aero so that I could write the article by myself (and then anybody who feels that it needs changes could make them), but I need some feedback.
