SYMPTOMS
When you apply the Don't allow users to insert or delete this control conditional formatting option to a nested control in Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007, you can still insert or delete the outer container control in the browser.

Steps to reproduce the problem
- Create a new InfoPath form, and then drag a Repeating Section control to the form.
- Drag a Repeating Table control to the repeating section, and then click OK when the Insert Repeating Table dialog box appears.
- Right-click the repeating table, click Repeating Table Properties on the Display tab, and then click Conditional Formatting.
- Click Add, and then set the If this condition is true field to field3 is greater than or equal to 3.
- Click to select the Don't allow users to insert or delete this control check box.
- Click OK three times.
- Right-click the field1 control, click Text Box Properties, type 1 in the Default Value field, and then click OK.
- Right-click the field3 control, click Text Box Properties, click the sum function, and then select the field1 control as the parameter.
- Right-click the Repeating Section control, click Repeating Section Properties on the Display tab, and then click Conditional Formatting.
- Click Add, and then set the If this condition is true field to field3 is equal to 1.
- Click to select the Don't allow users to insert or delete this control check box.
- Click OK three times.
- Open the InfoPath form in the browser, and then click Insert item two times.
Note The repeating table prevents you from inserting or deleting a row in the repeating table.
- Point to the repeating table rows, click the shortcut menu button in the upper-left corner of the repeating section, and then click Insert group4. You can now insert a new row in the repeating table.
