This is the Beta 2 of Office 2003.It included a lot of new features.

New PowerPoint media
It introduced new animations and some new diagram types. It introduced IRM(Information Rights Management) to help protect documents.
Junk Email filter
Outlook introduced a junk email filter that was designed to filter most spam. It could be updated via Windows Update.
AutoRecover in Powerpoint
First version to include Autorecover in Powerpoint.
