SYMPTOMS
When you print an Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) file, the file may fail to print or may be printed incorrectly.
CAUSE
This problem may occur when you print an EPS file under Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0.
RESOLUTION
To correct this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 97 Service Release 2 (SR-2).
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 97 Service Release 2 (SR-2).
