SYMPTOMS
You move away from the call view in Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 Phone Edition when the telephone handset is not hung up. If you do not finish the call and then do not hang up the handset, all incoming calls are rejected. This issue occurs until you hang up the handset.
RESOLUTION
