SYMPTOMS
Contacts that are added to Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 Phone Edition are indexed by using the instant messaging (IM) address. If the contact, such as a Microsoft Outlook contact, does not have an IM address, the telephone numbers are not downloaded to Communicator 2007 Phone Edition.
RESOLUTION
