SYMPTOMS
You enter a password to change your personal identification number (PIN) or your fingerprint in Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 Phone Edition. When you do this, the ENTER key on the Soft Input Panel (SIP) does not function correctly.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install the update rollup package for Communicator 2007 Phone Edition that is dated December 17, 2007.
