- Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007
SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. You schedule a meeting in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007. You join the meeting as a presenter and then create a Meeting Poll report. In this scenario, the report does not appear.
Note You experience this problem even if the meeting presentation contains valid poll slides.
This problem occurs if you change the meeting language to one of the following languages:
- Danish
- Finnish
- Portuguese (Brazil)
CAUSE
This problem occurs because of a localization error in Live Meeting 2007. In Live Meeting 2007, certain commands in certain XML classes are translated into the destination language.
For example, Live Meeting 2007 translates the following commands in the MessageFormat class:
- type
- style
This behavior is incorrect. Because these commands are part of an XML class, they should not be translated into another language.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the latest version of the Live Meeting 2007 client program.
